Call, email, or drive over and watch the workshop work
There is no form on this website and there is not going to be one. A telephone call reaches the workshop, an email reaches the same inbox the battery reports come from, and the door is open during opening hours if you would rather look at the cars in person.

Send a stock number, a VIN, a ZIP code or a question with three paragraphs in it. Attachments are welcome: service records, a photograph of a panel, a copy of an approval.

How to reach a human
Four business hours, from the person who tested the car
Answer within four business hours, from the technician who ran the battery test.
Call during opening hours and you will speak to somebody in the building. Email after hours and you get an answer the next morning rather than an automated receipt, because there is no automation on this site to send you one.
What we will do
Answer the awkward question
How much range it really loses in winter, what a replacement pack costs, whether the car you are looking at is wrong for your commute. If the answer is that we do not have the car you need, that is the answer you get.
What we will not do
Chase you
No mailing list, no drip sequence, no calls at nine in the evening. You get the file you asked for and the answer to the question you asked; the next contact is yours to make.
Before you travel
Ask for the report first
Battery report, defect log, service records and the price, by email, before you set off. If the numbers are wrong for you, you have saved a journey; if they are right, you arrive knowing what you are looking at and what it is worth.
Coming to see us
What to bring.
Nothing is compulsory and nothing is filled in. These six things simply make a visit finish the job in one go rather than two.
Your licence
Any car on the lot can be driven. Bring your licence and, if your own policy needs it, proof of cover for a test drive.
A stock number or a VIN
If you are coming for a particular car, tell us which one. We will have it charged, the battery report printed and the file on the desk.
Your commute, in miles
Roughly how far you drive on a normal day and where the car parks overnight. That is the whole input for the charging plan.
A photograph of your panel
The electrical panel in the garage, with the main breaker visible. It saves a second visit from the electrician and it usually settles the 7.2 or 11.5 kW question on the spot.
Trade-in paperwork
The title, or the lender name, account number and a ten-day payoff figure if the car is still financed.
Your own approval
If your bank has already approved you, bring the terms. We would rather build the deal around your money than ours.
Where the lot is
Schematic · not to scale
Drawn by hand as a block plan rather than embedded from a map service: nothing on this page loads from anybody else’s server, and no map provider learns that you looked at a car lot. The address above is the one to put into whatever navigation you use.
Address
2200 Example Boulevard, Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32803
The plan above is indicative rather than surveyed: it shows the block, the street name and the suite number, not the parking bays. Call when you are close and we will talk you in, or put the address into whatever navigation you use.

Coming from out of state?
Tell us when you are arriving and we will have the car charged, the file out, and — if you are buying — the paperwork ready to sign the same day. We deliver to 31 states, so we are used to buyers who arrive on a plane.

Common questions
Battery health, replacement costs, winter range, warranties and part exchange — answered properly on the pages linked in the footer, and answered again on the telephone if you would rather ask a person.

The telephone is answered before the email is
Both reach the same building and the same people. If you have a stock number, a VIN or a ZIP code, that is all we need to start — and if you would rather just look at the cars first, the inventory is public and the battery reports come with it.
