Everything on this website is published to inform you about the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles we sell, the battery testing we perform, the charging services we arrange, the financing we can refer you to, the trade-ins we appraise, and the delivery and export arrangements we offer.

The site is not a contract, an offer, a quotation, a reservation or a professional opinion. A listing is an invitation to contact us. A price shown is an indication. A figure described in a conversation or a message is a starting point for a discussion, not a commitment, until it appears in a signed document.

This website has no forms, no order process and no online checkout. You cannot buy a car, reserve a car, apply for credit, upload a document or join a queue here. Every transaction is completed with a person, by telephone, by email, by post, or at the dealership.

We may correct, update or remove content at any time without notice, and we are not obliged to keep any page current. If a page and a signed document disagree, the signed document governs.

We describe vehicles from our own inspection, from measurements, and from records supplied by the previous owner, the auction, the manufacturer or a history-report service. We try to be precise, and we correct errors when we find them.

A listing can still be incomplete or wrong in a detail. Vehicle history reports can be missing an event, service records can be incomplete, and a prior repair may be invisible to any inspection. Photographs may show a car before final reconditioning, may render color differently on different screens, or may include equipment that is not part of the sale.

Equipment, trim, software version, charging capability and accessory content can vary between two vehicles with the same model name. Where a specific feature matters to you, confirm it with us before you buy, in writing or by telephone, and confirm it again when you inspect the vehicle.

Mileage shown on a listing is the reading at the time of publication. A car may be test driven or moved after that, so the odometer at delivery can be slightly higher.

The battery health report we publish is a measurement taken on a specific date with a stated method. It reports state of health, per-module deviation, capacity against the original rating, thermal behavior during the test, and the DC charging curve we recorded.

It is not a prediction. Lithium-ion capacity declines with charge cycles, age, climate, fast-charging habits and storage conditions, and a manufacturer software update or a diagnostic campaign can change how a pack reports its own capacity. Two identical cars driven differently will not age identically.

A state of health figure describes the pack as a whole. It does not guarantee the future performance of an individual module, cell, contactor, coolant circuit, onboard charger or thermal management component.

Our report is independent of the manufacturer. We are not a manufacturer authorised testing laboratory, and our report does not determine a manufacturer warranty claim. Where a manufacturer diagnosis is needed, the vehicle must go through the manufacturer authorised network.

Most electric vehicles sold here carry a manufacturer battery warranty of eight years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, measured from the original in-service date and subject to the manufacturer terms. Some manufacturers set a different period, a different mileage limit, or an additional condition such as a minimum retained capacity before a pack qualifies for replacement.

That warranty is issued by the manufacturer, not by us. It is not a warranty we sell, fund, administer or decide. It generally transfers with the car to a subsequent owner, subject to the manufacturer terms, which is one reason a used electric vehicle can be a sensible purchase.

A claim under it is made to the manufacturer or its authorised dealer, and the manufacturer decides whether a pack qualifies. Requirements such as an inspection, a software update, a diagnostic record or a repair performed by the authorised network may apply.

We will give you the manufacturer documents we hold and help you start a claim, but we cannot approve one, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise that a manufacturer will honor a claim.

The Environmental Protection Agency range figure that appears on a window label and in our listings is a standardized estimate produced under controlled test conditions. It is useful for comparing one car with another, and it is not a promise about your driving.

Real range varies with speed, temperature, terrain, payload, tire pressure, tire type, climate control, accessory use, state of health and driving style. Expect materially less in cold weather, at sustained highway speed, and in rain or wind. We publish the EPA figure and, where we have measured it, the result of our own mixed test loop in the season we ran it.

A battery health figure and a range figure are not the same thing. A pack can hold most of its original capacity and still deliver less range in winter. A car can deliver its EPA figure on a mild day and considerably less on a cold one.

Charging speed estimates are likewise estimates. A DC charging curve depends on the state of charge at which you begin, the pack temperature, the charger rating, the charger condition and the vehicle software. Peak charging power is not sustained power, which is why we publish the curve.

The charging plan we provide is advice for your household, based on what you tell us about your daily distance, your parking, your panel and your schedule. It is a planning document, not an electrical inspection, a load calculation, a permit, or a certification that your installation is code compliant.

The electrical work is performed by a licensed electrician, and the contractor is responsible for its own work, its own permit and its own warranty. We are not the electrical contractor. We do not perform the installation, and we do not supervise it.

We cannot guarantee that your electrical service will support a given charger, that a permit will be granted, that a utility or homeowners association will approve the work, that an inspection will pass on the first attempt, or that equipment will be delivered or installed by a particular date.

If your panel, service entrance or wiring will not support the charging you want, the honest answer is that you may need an electrical upgrade, a lower-power charger, or a different vehicle. We will tell you that before you buy when we can see it, but the definitive answer comes from the licensed contractor and from your permitting authority.

We are not a lender. We refer you to lenders. Any monthly payment, rate, term or down payment discussed by telephone, by email or in a message is an illustration based on assumptions, and it is not an offer of credit.

This website does not accept credit applications, does not run credit checks and does not compute a binding payment. A lender receives your application directly, obtains any consumer report it requires, and sets the terms it is willing to offer based on your credit profile and its own underwriting.

Published payment examples, where we show them, assume a particular rate, term, down payment and credit tier, and they exclude taxes, title, registration, documentation fees and any optional product. Your actual terms will differ unless the lender offers exactly those assumptions.

Consumer credit is governed by federal law including the Truth in Lending Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and retail instalment sales of motor vehicles in Florida are governed by the Florida Motor Vehicle Retail Sales Finance Act. The lender must give you the disclosures those laws require, and you should read them before you sign.

An appraisal is an opinion of value at a moment in time, based on the vehicle as presented, the condition we can verify, the mileage, the history, the equipment, and the market for that vehicle on that day.

An appraisal given remotely is provisional. It is subject to inspection, and it changes if the vehicle has undisclosed damage, a branded or rebuilt title, an odometer discrepancy, an open safety recall, a mechanical fault, a warning light, missing equipment, or a battery state of health lower than described.

Used vehicle values move with supply, demand, season, interest rates and new vehicle incentives. An appraisal is not held open indefinitely, and the period for which it is valid is stated on the written appraisal.

An appraisal is not a commitment to buy, and a figure you see quoted elsewhere is not a figure we are obliged to match. We explain how we reached our number, and you are free to sell elsewhere.

Our limited warranty coverage is separate from any manufacturer warranty. It is stated in writing at the time of sale, with its duration, its covered components and its exclusions, and it applies only as that document says.

Manufacturer warranties, including a battery warranty, are unaffected by our coverage, and our coverage does not extend, replace or supplement a manufacturer warranty period.

A used vehicle may also be sold under a Federal Trade Commission Buyers Guide that states whether a warranty applies or whether the vehicle is sold as is. The Buyers Guide is part of your transaction, and you should read it before you sign. Nothing on this website overrides it.

Routine maintenance, wear items, tires, brake friction material, cosmetic condition, and damage from an accident, misuse, neglect, improper charging, unapproved modification or an unauthorized repair are not covered unless a written warranty says otherwise. Where federal or Florida law gives you an implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed, that right remains yours.

We deliver nationwide and arrange export through independent transporters. Transit times are estimates. Weather, carrier capacity, port congestion and route conditions can change them, and we do not control the carrier.

A vehicle is not guaranteed to comply with the registration, safety, emissions, charging, connectivity or homologation rules of any state or country other than the one in which it is delivered for road use. If you intend to export or to register a vehicle elsewhere, verify the requirements yourself, or hire an import agent to do it.

Charging standards, connector types, onboard charger voltages, telematics coverage and manufacturer service availability differ between regions. A vehicle that is fully supported in Florida may have no connected services or no authorised service in another country.

Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended to be used by, anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would be contrary to law. If you contact us from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with your own local law.
